Can someone out here explain to me WHY Austin Meier did NOT receive a re-ride option, after his bull in the 4th round in St. Louis, The Situation, got its horns locked-up in the chute-gate, just as Austin's ride was beginning? I mean, a bull bumps its butt on the gate and that warrants a re-ride.... but getting its horns locked-up in the gate doesn't?
